PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION

A Special General Meeting of the Association is called by the President in accordance with clause 39(2) of the Constitution of the Association. The details of the meeting are:

IT IS RESOLVED THAT

the Association amend its present Constitution as marked in red as annexed to this Special Resolution.
​
Various formatting and spelling amendments have also been made throughout the document to correct typos and for consistency of language.
​

To Effect the proposed changes, a Special General Meeting will be held on Sunday 30 June 2024 at 1:00pm at the Katherine Country Club. A quorum must be met at the SGM and three quarters of the members present must vote in favour of the changes.

Any proxies must be submitted by 12pm on Friday 28 June 2024. Proxies can be submitted via email to secretary@katherinecountryclub.com.au or lodged in person at the Secretary's Office at the Katherine Country Club.
